Inspect the rubber threshold on the bottom of the garage door. If you have gone through the previous steps and your water is still getting in the garage it could be coming from in between the door panels. Over time exposure to the elements can lead to rotting and deterioration along this less durable piece of the door. Anchor the new seal using a hammer or screwdriver.
